Welcome to Ur Coz! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ur Coz website (https://urcoz.com), related services, and all associated features provided by Ur Coz (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”).

1. About Ur Coz

Ur Coz is an online community and digital marketplace where users can:

  • Sell and purchase handmade, vintage, or custom goods
  • Upload and share video content
  • Write and post blogs
  • Communicate through instant messaging and email features
  • Build community through content and conversation

We charge a 3% fee on all items sold through the platform. Additional third-party fees (e.g., payment processor fees) may apply.

2. Eligibility

To use Ur Coz, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Be legally able to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information

By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may suspend or delete accounts that do not comply.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer your account to another person or allow others to use it on your behalf.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the community or platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ur Coz to:

  • Upload or share sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, hateful, or illegal content
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malware or attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
  • Engage in spam, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Circumvent or manipulate fees, account restrictions, or platform rules

We reserve the right to remove content and/or ban users who violate these standards.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post (products, images, videos, blogs, comments, etc.), but by uploading it to Ur Coz, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and in marketing materials.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights to your content
  • Your content does not infringe on the rights of others
  • Your content complies with these Terms

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Selling and Buying Products

Sellers:

  • Must ensure listings are truthful and legal
  • Are responsible for setting accurate prices, descriptions, and shipping details
  • Must fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Must comply with all applicable tax and consumer laws
  • A 3% platform fee is automatically deducted per transaction

Buyers:

  • Agree to pay the listed price and applicable fees
  • Are responsible for reading product descriptions carefully before purchasing
  • Understand that Ur Coz is not the direct seller and is not liable for individual transactions

All transactions are between buyer and seller. Ur Coz acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for lost shipments, damaged goods, or unsatisfactory transactions, though we may step in to mediate when appropriate.

7. Payments and Fees

  • A 3% platform fee is applied to all successful sales
  • Sellers are responsible for any additional payment processing or shipping fees
  • Fees are non-refundable
  • Ur Coz is not a bank or payment institution and does not hold funds on behalf of users

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice—especially if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or endangered the platform or other users.

You may delete your account at any time. However, content you’ve submitted may remain visible unless you specifically request removal.

9. Intellectual Property

Ur Coz and all content created by the Company (branding, site design, logos, etc.) are our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.

You may not use Ur Coz to distribute or profit from content that you don’t own or have permission to use.

10. Disclaimers

  • Ur Coz provides the platform “as is” and without warranties of any kind
  • We make no guarantees regarding content availability, uninterrupted access, or site functionality
  • We are not responsible for loss of profits, business interruption, or damage caused by other users

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ur Coz and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of income or profits
  • Loss of data
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Disputes with buyers or sellers

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Ur Coz after changes go into effect means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
